Display your QR

Let customers scan your shop QR and open the correct printing page directly.

Receive structured orders

Files arrive with selected print details instead of relying only on free-form chat instructions.

Connect shop printers

Use Prinko Print Station on Windows for supported printer-aware workflows.

Choose your workflow

Review queued jobs manually or use configured auto-print behavior for eligible jobs.

Common troubleshooting

Print station offline? The shop should keep its Prinko receiver or Prinko Print Station running before expecting instant print orders.

Colour option missing

The shop may not have colour printing enabled in its current printer setup.

A3 option missing

A3 appears only when the shop has enabled A3 printing.

Duplex option missing

Double-sided printing depends on the shop configuration and supported printer workflow.

Upload rejected

Check the file type and total size. The public print flow currently supports PDF, JPG and PNG within the allowed shop limit.
