From customer phone to shop printer

How Prinko Works

Prinko turns a walk-in print request into a structured order with the file, settings and payment state kept together.

The Prinko print workflow

1. Shop displays its permanent QR

The customer opens the Prinko shop link by scanning the QR. No customer app is required for the browser-based upload flow.

2. Customer uploads the document

Supported PDFs and images can be sent from the customer phone. The order stays associated with that shop instead of being mixed into a general chat thread.

3. Customer chooses print options

The workflow can capture B&W or colour, copies, page range, paper, duplex where supported, and orientation.

4. Payment state stays with the job

The shop can offer cash at counter and its supported Razorpay workflow according to its settings.

5. The order enters the shop queue

The shop dashboard shows incoming work and the selected print settings. Operators can keep visibility over pending and completed jobs.

6. Prinko Print Station connects Windows printing

The Windows Print Station works with printers configured by the shop. Shops can use manual confirmation and supported auto-print rules according to their setup.

Why use a structured QR print workflow?

When a print request arrives through generic messaging, the operator may need to ask again about colour, copies, page range and payment. Prinko keeps these choices attached to the print order so the counter has one source of truth.

Who is it for?

Xerox shops, photocopy centres, cyber cafes, DTP counters, stationery stores and other document-printing businesses that want customer mobile uploads and a clearer shop queue.
