What is Prinko print shop software?

Prinko helps print shops in India receive customer files through a QR code, manage print orders, offer configured payment options and automate eligible printing through the Windows Print Station.

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. Customers scan your shop QR and use their mobile browser to upload files or open Prinko Chat.

What is the difference between the print QR and Prinko Chat?

The print-order QR takes customers through upload, available print settings and payment choices. The blue Upload Box QR opens Prinko Chat for sharing files and messages with your shop.

Can Prinko print automatically on my PC?

Yes, with Prinko Print Station installed, a connected printer and auto-print enabled. Paid and cash auto-print settings can be controlled separately. Your station must be running and connected to receive new online orders.

Can customers pay cash or pay online?

Cash at Counter and online payment availability follow your shop settings. Razorpay online payments require the shop payment setup to be configured and enabled.

How do I get started with the free trial?
